I've talked to amazing people online who could help me towards reaching my goals. One of them is Tony Marcola; he is a great guy and I am sure he knows a lot in the fitness field. You can learn more on Tony here: http://bodyspace.bodybuilding.com/TTTMarcola/ and here http://www.facebook.com/tanktop1 Another one of those great guys is Chris Rogers, he is a National Level Men's Physique Competitor, an Online diet and fitness coach, a fitness model and a personal trainer. You can learn more on Chris here: http://www.facebook.com/ChrisRogersNpcMensPhysiqueCompetitorFitnessModel
Another of those guys is Obi Obadike. That guy has done everything, has been to every fitness magazines and has won lots of awards. He has done too many things to mention them all. You can learn more on Obi here: http://www.obiobadike.com/ and here http://www.facebook.com/obadike1 He is a world renowned fitness expert.
Now, I can't follow all of those programs and I have to decide which one I will follow. The stricter of them all seems to be Obi's program, but he guarantees results and I have read a lot of testimonies. Chris Rogers seem to have a more balanced approach, and he is an "older" guy. Not that he is that old, but he might understand my needs better since I am not a young pup anymore. Tony Marcola has done an amazing transformation - he has had the help of some of his friends who are trainers as well; and he could send me his training and diet plans. I need you to help me choose. It is not an easy task, as the three of them seem like great trainers.
Any suggestions?
